Any ideas for a nice place to elope that is not too expensive?

We live in Ohio and are planning to get married in Jan. or Feb… We need a place that we can get married at and then enjoy a little. Either a place in Ohio that is nice in the winter… or a place that is warm and sunny but not too expensive to get to or stay at for a few days because we are on a budget…
Any suggestions will be appreciated… Thanks!

it really depends on if your looking for a quiet place or what…
I personally have been looking up relatively cheap getaways recently and try looking at priceline.com
I found an all-inclusive 7-night stay in cancun, mexico (includes flight, food, hotel, alcohol, activities, etc) for about $800… thats a GREAT deal if you can deal with all the crazyness of cancun…
