We live in Ohio and are planning to get married in Jan. or Feb… We need a place that we can get married at and then enjoy a little. Either a place in Ohio that is nice in the winter… or a place that is warm and sunny but not too expensive to get to or stay at for a few days because we are on a budget…

My fiance and I have recently decided to forget about a huge ceremony right now, and to go away in March. We are from Springfield, MO. But, I read that there is a waiting period in Missouri, and you need to apply for a liscense a month in advance. So, we were planning on going to Eureka Springs, Arkansas to get married. Can we just get in the car and go, or what do we need to do first?
