		<description>Any courthouse.  Do you live in South Korea?  Or will you visit there from America?  You just need someone to marry you, and papers.  You can get your marriage documents in America before you travel (only 60 days before though), and then sign them in Korea.  Then submit them when you get back.  Also maybe finding an english speaking wedding planner in korea may help you with ideas on where to elope.  :)</description>
