Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Membership Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Where To Elope LLC and its affiliates, (“WhereToElope.com”, (WTE), “WhereToElope”, “we”, or “us”) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership. If WTE refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund as per our refund policy.
WhereToElope Advertising Subscription Cancellation by Vendor
- GOOD Paid Subscription Plan cancellations received one calendar year after purchase may be eligible to receive a partial refund of $1 per Undelivered Lead if the Vendor has not received at least 50 Referrals (Clickthru Leads) from WhereToElope.com. Monthly Subscribers must have made all twelve payments to be eligible for the partial refund.
- BETTER Subscription Plan cancellations received one calendar year after purchase may be eligible to receive a partial refund of $1 per Undelivered Lead if the Vendor has not received at least 150 Referrals (Clickthru Leads) from WhereToElope.com. Monthly Subscribers must have made all twelve payments to be eligible for the partial refund.
- BEST Subscription Plan cancellations received one calendar year after purchase may be eligible to receive a partial refund of $1 per Undelivered Lead if the Vendor has not received at least 250 Referrals (Clickthru Leads) from WhereToElope.com. Monthly Subscribers must have made all twelve payments to be eligible for the partial refund.
- Cancellations received after the stated first-year deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted in writing via fax or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- All refund requests must be made by the credit card or account holder.
- Refund requests must include the company name of the vendor and/or transaction/order number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or form of payment used for the order.
- To be eligible for the refund the Vendor must ask all callers or new guests if they found them on WhereToElope.com
- If they say “The Internet” or “On Google” Vendor must ask if they visited WhereToElope.com.
These refund policies apply to their first year on WhereToElope monthly or annual subscription plans unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all program information thoroughly.

- Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $25 service fee.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be canceled/returned to WTE.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Event Refund/Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by Sponsor:
- WTE also reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
- If WTE cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
- Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant:
- Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 5 business days before the event.
- Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may also be eligible to receive a refund less a $25 service fee.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
- Cancellations will also be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Goods and Services Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from Where To Elope LLC also require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, Returns must be authorized by the WTE within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any WTE product that is deemed defective. and materials purchased directly from Where To Elope LLC require prior authorization. Products provided/sold by WTE partners and affiliate programs are also subject to the return policy of the partner.
30 Day Money Back Service Guarantee
Our 30 day Money Back Service Guarantee is limited to these terms and conditions. Refunds will be authorized within 30 days of service purchase if the client has made a good faith effort to follow the program or instructions and has not interfered with the performance of WTE duties on the project.
