Are You Looking For Unique Elopement Venues?
If you have chosen to elope, then it is already clear that you are not looking for a typical wedding. However, if you want to push it a little bit further then you may be looking for some really unique wedding venues for your ceremony. The great thing about eloping is that it opens up a whole host of opportunities when it comes to deciding where to elope. Here at WhereToElope.com we pride ourselves on seeking out elopement services and vendors that are a little bit different. We love finding romantic spots that are in locations not usually associated with elopement and it gets even better when those places are also fairly unique. With this in mind, we wanted to put together a list of our favorite unique elopement destinations and venues.
Thorncrown Chapel, Arkansas
To call Thorncrown Chapel a ‘chapel’ is somewhat deceiving! We would say that it is better described as a woodland cathedral. If you are looking for a venue that is dramatic as well as beautiful then this is certainly the place for you. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains close to Eureka Springs, this stunning building stands 48 feet tall and features 425 windows containing in excess of 6000 square feet of glass! This chapel gives you the feeling of being outdoors without the concerns about weather and is equally as stunning in Summer or Winter!
Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter, Utah
Utah State University offers a gorgeous, unique wedding venue at Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter. This is a must for “green” couples who are conscious of their wedding’s impact on the environment. With both indoor and outdoor locations to choose from it is up to you whether you tie the knot in the wetlands amid wildflowers or on the deck of the center itself.
