Eloping to Cape Cod, MA

Eloping to Cape Cod, MA

Stretching all the way from Provincetown in the Northeast to Woods Hole in the Southwest, Cape Cod is one of the most beautiful areas of Massachusetts for those planning an elopement. With a unique combination of historic maritime character, stunning beaches and a moderate climate it is easy to see why eloping to Cape Cod is becoming incredibly popular.  Let’s take a look at some of the options available to you should you decide to choose Cape Cod as your elopement destination.

Eloping to Falmouth

Falmouth is one of the locations in Cape Cod that offers an ideal setting for your elopement. One of the great vendors that we have in the Falmouth area is The Palmer House Inn where you can have a fairly comprehensive elopement for just under $1,000. This package includes a ceremony at your choice of several indoor and outdoor locations within the property,  two nights’ accommodation, flowers, round trip tickets for the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, officiant services, a wedding cake, champagne, breakfast, afternoon tea, a meal voucher for dinner at a local restaurant and a $100 gift card for your first anniversary should you return to the Inn! You can also extend your stay for additional nights at a favorable rate.

Alternatively, you may prefer The Captain’s Manor Inn which is set in 1.2 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. You can choose an indoor or an outdoor setting for your ceremony, with the garden gazebo being a very popular choice. The elopement package at Captain’s Manor Inn includes your ceremony, flowers, wedding cake, champagne toast, breakfast and afternoon tea, 2 Martha’s Vineyard ferry tickets, and a framed print of a painting of the inn that will be inscribed with your names and wedding date. The only thing not included in the price is officiant fees as many couples prefer to choose their own officiant as per their personal beliefs and compensate them accordingly.

Eloping to Yarmouth

Yarmouth is also a great spot for an elopement and we recommend The Captain Farris House Bed & Breakfast where the elopement package includes a stunning ceremony at your choice of venue – in the grounds, in the parlor or on the beach. The package also includes photography, flowers, cake, and a sparkling cider toast, a dinner certificate, and a few little romantic surprises courtesy of the inn!
