Fun Elopement Activities

For most brides, one of the most fun parts of having a big wedding is all the fun activities they get to participate in with their friends. When it comes down to choosing whether or not eloping is the right choice one of the concerns brides have is that they will miss out on the fun stuff. However, that definitely does not have to be the case. There are plenty of fun elopement activities to try instead. Some of the traditional ones can even be adapted to better suit a smaller wedding!

Let’s take a look at some of fun elopement activities you might want to try.

1 – Get a Cute ‘Bride’ Robe or Hoodie

One popular trend on the wedding circuit is for the bride and her bridesmaids to wear personalized hoodies or robes for pictures on the morning of the wedding. Just because you are choosing elopement you don’t need to miss out. There is no reason why you can’t still pick up one of these cute items to wear on the day of your elopement. If you are inviting a couple of guests to join you then you can get them to participate too.

2 – Buy ‘We Eloped’ Tee Shirts

Building on that first idea, another one of the fun elopement activities we love is wearing a cute tee shirt to announce your elopement. 3 – Have an Elopement Photo Shoot

If announcing your elopement with shirts is not your style, then you may be looking for another way to tell your friends and family that you have tied the knot. Why not arrange for an elopement photo shoot? Lots of our couples get pictures taken holding a sign or banner announcing the elopement. You could arrange for this to happen at your wedding venue or after you return home.
